Membership validity. Your membership starts on the day your payment is received (or your form is submitted, for students) and is valid for one full year from that date (e.g. 15 July 2026 – 15 July 2027).
Currency. All membership dues are payable in Swiss Franc (CHF). For members paying from outside Switzerland, the equivalent amount in local currency will be calculated at the exchange rate applied by Stripe at the time of payment.
Student verification. Members registering as students must provide the name and institutional email address of their current research supervisor or department head. The International PBPK Nexus reserves the right to verify student status and may request supporting documentation.
Non-transferability. Membership is personal and non-transferable. It may not be shared, assigned, or resold.
Refund policy. Membership dues are non-refundable once payment has been processed, except in cases of duplicate payment or technical error. To report an issue, contact us at info@pbpknexus.com.
