1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the website to function properly and, in some cases, to remember information about your visit.
2. What cookies we use
Our Website uses a limited number of cookies, strictly necessary for its proper functioning:
- Essential / functional cookies — required for the Website to load and display correctly (hosting platform: Framer). Duration: session or up to 12 months.
- Cookie consent cookie — remembers your cookie preferences so the banner does not reappear on every visit. Duration: 12 months.
We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The Association does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking or profiling technology on this Website.
3. Third-party services and data flows
While the Website itself does not use tracking cookies, some pages link to or interact with third-party services that operate under their own privacy and cookie policies:
- Stripe — when you choose to pay your membership fee, you are redirected to a secure payment page hosted by Stripe (stripe.com). Stripe may use its own cookies on its payment page to process your transaction securely. Please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy at stripe.com/privacy for details. The Association has no control over cookies set on Stripe's own domain.
- Fillout — our contact and membership forms are created and managed using Fillout. When you access or complete a form, Fillout may process information you provide and may use cookies or similar technologies in accordance with its own privacy and cookie policies. Please refer to Fillout's applicable policies for further information.
- Microsoft (Excel Online / SharePoint) — form submissions, including contact and membership information and, where applicable, supporting documents, are transferred from Fillout to Microsoft Excel Online, with files stored on SharePoint, for storage and management. This transfer takes place through the integration between these services and does not rely on cookies set by the Association's Website.
Third-party services may use their own technologies when you interact with them. The Association does not control cookies or similar technologies set on third-party domains.
4. Managing your cookie preferences
When you first visit our Website, a cookie banner allows you to accept or decline non-essential cookies. As described above, our Website currently sets only essential/functional cookies required for it to operate, and a cookie that remembers your consent choice.
You can also manage or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Please note that blocking essential cookies may affect the proper functioning of the Website.
5. Changes to this Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy may be updated from time to time, particularly if the Association introduces new tools or services on the Website. The latest version is always available on this page.
6. Contact
For any question regarding this Cookie Policy, please contact us at [info@pbpknexus.com]. For more information on how we process personal data, please refer to our [Privacy Policy].
